Hello. We're VelvetRoom.
A secure, private sanctuary built exclusively for the alternative lifestyle community.
We rewrote the social rules.
VelvetRoom is a secure, high-integrity social network decoupled from public search indices. We prioritize consent, verified identities, and absolute privacy so you can explore alternative matching with complete confidence.
Our Story
Building the most trusted space for private, alternative lifestyle connection.
The Catfish Epidemic
Realizing traditional matching platforms were overrun by catfishes and fakes, destroying genuine social trust.
The Scam Catalyst
Watching community members get scammed by bad actors operating unchecked under fake identities.
Designing a Solution
Architecting a closed sanctuary featuring mandatory real-time biometric verification and zero search indexing.
VelvetRoom Launches
Going live in April 2026, establishing a secure haven where alternative lifestyle discovery is finally safe.
Our mission is to make alternative discovery safe, private, and high-integrity.
The Walled Garden Philosophy
Traditional social networks rely on public indexing and lack strict boundary controls. VelvetRoom is engineered from the ground up to protect your privacy and guarantee safety.
Every profile interaction, chat thread, and media share is strictly double-opt-in. We bridge the gap between premium social connection and military-grade database safety rules.
